LittleBigPlanet has to be one of the most creative games I’ve seen in years. This may be the game that puts the PS3 over the top.

I’ve been tracking the development of this game for the last few months and let me tell you, this is going to be one of those games that not only appeals to gamers but also to people who don’t play games on a regular basis. Kind of like the Sims did back in the 90′s. It’s being developed by Sony so we know for sure, you’ll never see this one on the Xbox or the Wii.

The montra of the game is “Play, Create, Share”. That’s really what this game is all about. The best way to understand what I mean is to just watch the videos.

LittleBigPlanet has the kind of broad appeal that just doesn’t come along very often. Keep an eye out for this game later this Fall.

If your looking for a free program for doing things like resizing and tweaking photos or making simple layer based graphics, it’s hard to beat Paint.net! It’s not a replacement for Photoshop but it does have many of the same features.

Hey, Photoshop is expensive! If you don’t have the $700 to put down on a professional piece of software, this is the next best thing.
